garnet&black is Student Media's newest publication, formed in 1994 as a consolidation of the university's former yearbook and literary magazine. The magazine focuses on timely issues and trends of student life at USC and is completely student-produced.   It includes feature articles on a broad range of student interests, regulars offering tidbits on current events, and a “Create” section showcasing students’ literature and artwork. The magazine is published four times a year and is free to students at many locations across the Carolina community. Subscriptions are also available for $10 a year.
